FASTTrack presents “My Money Club”. My Money Club is a virtual youth development program designed to bring the STOCK MARKET Challenge to high school students. This program will expose talented youth to the world of personal finance and investing. Lead by some of Atlanta’s most seasoned finance and investment professionals, this pre-designed curriculum will give the participants everything needed to understand the world of finance. Students meet with professional mentors once a week and focus on developing skills in three key areas: personal money management, personal development and career exploration.
Program Goals and Objectives
To help the student enhance their money management skills
To provide mentoring and to encourage students to consider careers in financial services
Identify and expose talented, motivated high school students to careers in finance
To expose students to careers in businesses focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
To help the student gain confidence and skills needed to develop a personal roadmap to success
Participant Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in one of the Atlanta-area High Schools
Must be in good standing with their school
Must have demonstrated a commitment to learning and possess self-motivating characteristics
Must have demonstrated achievement in Mathematics
Must Complete the Application and Review Process (applications available upon request)
